Autnomix Automation Pvt Ltd ("Autnomix", "we", "us") builds workflow software for Indian businesses. This policy explains what personal data we collect through autnomix.com, why we collect it, and what you can do about it.
We are the Data Fiduciary for the data described here, as that term is used in the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.
When you submit a form on this website — the discovery-call form or the demo access form — we collect:
Automatically, when you submit that form, we also record:
We do not store your IP address. We store a salted hash of it, which we use only to limit how many submissions can come from one source and to reduce spam. The hash cannot be reversed to recover your IP address.
When you consent, we record which consent options you selected, the exact wording you were shown, the version of that wording, and the date and time.
On the interactive product demo, we store a single flag in your browser's local storage to remember that you have access. It contains no personal data and is not sent to us. The demo itself runs entirely in your browser — the figures in it are sample data, and nothing you type or click inside it is transmitted to us or stored anywhere.
We do not use analytics or advertising cookies. We do not track you across websites. We do not use any advertising network.

We do not sell your personal data. We do not share it for anyone else's marketing.
We process this data on the basis of the consent you give when you submit a form.
The mandatory consent covers contacting you about your enquiry. The optional consent covers product updates and marketing email, and you can decline it without affecting anything else.
We use the following service providers, who process data on our behalf under contract:

Your name and email address leave India when we send you email, because our email provider processes it in Tokyo. Everything else — the database record of your enquiry, and the code that handles your form submission — stays in Mumbai.
We keep enquiry data for five years after our last contact with you, so that we can pick up a conversation you may resume.
If you ask us to erase your data, we do so, except where we are required to keep something by law.
Consent records are kept for as long as we hold the data they relate to, because we must be able to show what you agreed to.
Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you can:

To stop receiving marketing email, email control@autnomix.com and we will remove you from those sends.

We will acknowledge your grievance and respond within the period required by law.
If you are not satisfied with our response, you may complain to the Data Protection Board of India.
Personal data is stored in a database that is not directly reachable from the internet. Access is restricted to authorised Autnomix personnel. Data is encrypted in transit. We store a hash of your IP address rather than the address itself, so that we hold less about you than we could.
No system is completely secure, and we do not claim otherwise. If a breach occurs that affects you, we will notify you and the Data Protection Board as the law requires.
This website and our products are intended for businesses and the people who run them. They are not directed at anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from children.
If you believe a child has given us personal data, email control@autnomix.com and we will delete it.
If we change this policy we will publish the new version here with a new date and version number.
Where a change affects what you consented to, we will ask for your consent again rather than assuming it carries over.
