Last updated 9 August 2026. These terms govern your use of the Autnomix website and the Autnomix platform.
By accessing this website, requesting a demonstration or using the Autnomix platform, you agree to these terms. If you are accepting on behalf of a company, you confirm you are authorised to do so.
Autnomix provides cloud based workflow software covering sales, purchase, inventory, logistics and imports. Scope, users and commercial terms for a paid deployment are set out in the separate order or proposal signed with you, which prevails over these terms where they differ.
The interactive product screens on this website run on sample data for evaluation only. They are not a live environment, and nothing entered there is stored as business data or treated as an instruction to us.
You are responsible for keeping login credentials confidential and for activity carried out under your accounts. Notify us promptly if you believe an account has been compromised.
Do not use the service to break the law, infringe the rights of others, upload malicious code, attempt unauthorised access, or copy the software for resale. We may suspend access where use threatens the security or stability of the platform.
Subscription and implementation fees, billing frequency and taxes are as stated in your order. Fees are payable within the agreed credit period. Applicable Indian taxes are charged in addition.
You own the data you put into the platform. We process it to run the service for you, keep it confidential, and do not sell it. On termination we will make an export available on request for thirty days.
Each party keeps the other party’s non public information confidential and uses it only to perform this agreement.
The platform, its screens, source code and documentation remain the property of Autnomix. Nothing here transfers ownership. You receive a non exclusive, non transferable right to use the service during the subscription term.
We aim to keep the service available at all times and carry out planned maintenance outside normal working hours where possible. Support is provided by email and phone during business hours.
Neither party is liable for indirect or consequential loss. Our total liability in any twelve month period is limited to the fees paid by you for the service in that period. Nothing limits liability that cannot be limited under Indian law.
Either party may terminate on written notice as set out in the order, or immediately if the other commits a material breach that is not remedied within thirty days.
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of Uttar Pradesh have exclusive jurisdiction.
We may update these terms as the service develops. The current version is always published on this page with its date. Material changes affecting a paid deployment will be notified to you.
